Recruiting 2 Pharmaceutical Formulation Project Managers
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design pharmaceutical formulations (solid and liquid) prescriptions and conduct process development experiments; able to formulate formulation prescriptions based on specific varieties; and develop appropriate production processes in combination with production equipment;
2. Conduct pilot scale-up based on lab-scale processes and optimize the processes;
3. Perform production process validation according to optimized processes;
4. Responsible for writing lab-scale, pilot scale-up, and formulation R&D reports.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutical formulation or related majors;
2. Bachelor's degree requires 3 years or more of R&D work experience;
3. Familiar with relevant patent searches, laws and regulations, and workflows in drug R&D and registration regarding formulation research;
4. Familiar with the properties of raw and auxiliary materials, and with formulation R&D and production equipment;
5. Preference for candidates with experience in sustained/controlled-release formulation R&D;
6. Familiar with chemical drug R&D processes and CTD document writing requirements;
7. Knowledge of GMP requirements related to chemical drug R&D.
