Pharmaceutical Synthesis Expert
 
Job Responsibilities:
1. Arrange research topics based on the client's project, design reasonable experimental plans, and implement them meticulously; 
2. Independently undertake high-difficulty research tasks and ensure the team completes them on schedule; 
3. Provide timely feedback on issues encountered during experiments, scientifically analyze them, and offer reasonable suggestions or seek solutions; 
4. Summarize work promptly as required by the company and submit experimental data and materials; 
5. Cooperate with senior management to regularly report project progress to the client.
 
Qualifications:
1. PhD in organic chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry, with a research focus on organic synthesis, pharmaceutical chemical synthesis, carbohydrate chemistry, nucleosides, glycolipids synthesis, etc.; 
2. Rich experience in organic synthesis and strong research and development capabilities, with the ability to design synthesis routes; 
3. Strong stress resistance, sense of responsibility, clear thinking, good communication and team collaboration skills. Able to lead one or more experimental assistants in research work; 
4. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
 
 Pharmaceutical Synthesis Researcher
 
Job Description:
1. Independently conduct literature reviews and complete the rational design of project synthesis routes; 
2. Coordinate personnel, reagents, and other experimental resources based on the designed plan, proficiently complete chemical reactions, and record relevant experimental documentation; 
3. Responsible for completing the development of synthesis routes for target structures, process research and transfer during scale-up production, optimization, and completion of operating instructions; 
4. Responsible for interfacing with the production department for the review and transfer of product manufacturing processes, and formulation of product BOM (Bill of Materials); 
5. Assist in resolving technical issues and abnormal events during production; 
6. Responsible for experimental validation of new materials and new suppliers; 
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
 
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmacy or related majors; 
2. 1-3 years of experience in drug R&D synthesis research, with at least 1 project as a synthesis researcher, and experience in preparing at least 1 project submission document; 
3. Good learning ability and problem-solving skills in synthesis processes; preference for candidates with experience in multiple product research; 
4. Dedicated to the job, with a sense of career ambition and initiative, and strong stress resistance.
 
Senior Pharmaceutical Analysis Researcher
 
Job Functions:
1. Conduct literature surveys related to drug analysis, write research plans and proposals; develop, validate analysis methods, and perform stability studies; write research reports and relevant submission documents; 
2. Participate in formulation process optimization, pilot scale-up production, and process validation, including relevant work on analysis method development and validation; 
3. Conduct standardized research as required, maintain proper original records, organize, compile, and archive data, and write research reports; 
4. Engage in technical exchanges and project progress management with domestic and international clients; 
5. Develop methods for common instruments and equipment, and perform sample testing; 
6. Participate in technical training for new department colleagues and provide technical support for related equipment.
 
Position Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in pharmacy, pharmaceutical analysis, analytical chemistry, or related majors; 
2. Proficient in using common analytical instruments such as HPLC, LC-MS, UV, SEC, CEX, DSC, etc.; 
3. Outstanding data statistics capabilities, able to promptly organize and summarize data, issue research reports, and provide data analysis and suggestions for product development; 
4. Familiar with current domestic and international pharmacopoeias, and guidelines from SFDA, FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.; preference for candidates with new drug submission experience; 
5. Excellent team collaboration and communication skills; certain English communication abilities, capable of writing relevant English documents; 
6. Preference for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical company R&D or drug consulting firms.
 
Business Assistant
 
Position Description: 
1. Collect and search for customer information, and establish customer archives. 
2. Develop personal sales plans, and visit clients and develop new customers according to the plan. 
3. Follow up and sign orders and contracts. 
4. Complete other department-related tasks assigned by leaders (such as project bidding meetings, exhibitions, etc.)
 
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, medicine, pharmacy, or related majors; age 20-35 years; 
2. Understand basic information on drug quality management, R&D, registration, and production; 
3. Basic English communication skills; 
4. Able to adapt to short-term business trips; 
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
HR Specialist
 
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the HR manager with company recruitment, training, insurance, benefits, and other HR work; 
2. Establish and maintain personnel files, handle and update labor contracts; 
3. Execute operational processes for various HR management practices and implement relevant company regulations, while cooperating with other business departments; 
4. Execute recruitment workflows, coordinate and handle employee recruitment, onboarding, resignation, transfer, promotion, and other procedures; 
5. Collaborate on new employee onboarding training and business training, execute training plans, and track and provide feedback on training effectiveness; 
6. Assist in organizing employee activities; 
7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
 
Qualifications: 
1. Associate degree or above in human resources or related majors; 
2. Meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, with good communication and coordination abilities, and team collaboration spirit; 
3. Preference for candidates with HR work experience.
