Recruiting: 5 Pharmaceutical Synthesis Project Team Leaders
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for drug R&D synthesis process research, including: formulating synthesis process research plans, developing and executing experimental schemes, preparing research samples, writing the synthesis process section of submission documents, and handing over processes to clients, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmacy or related majors;
2. 1-3 years of experience in drug R&D synthesis research, having served as a synthesis researcher in at least 1 project, with experience in writing submission documents for at least 1 project;
3. Familiar with relevant guidelines for drug R&D synthesis process research, able to proficiently formulate synthesis process research plans, experimental routes, and schemes, and familiar with writing experimental records and submission documents;
4. Good learning ability and synthesis process problem-solving skills; preference for candidates with experience in multiple product research. Dedicated to the job, with a sense of career ambition and initiative, and strong stress resistance.
